A villian from an upcoming D&D Game, Spiny Gouger is a goblin mutant assasin who I plan on making the party miserable with. Spiny is a mutant with a crab claw and covered from head to toe in serrated porcupine like quills which drip venom which saps the speed of anyone who even touches him.
